Skilled in Mentorship, Management, Scheduling, and Creative Problem Solving.
Their approach to stage management is artist focused and holistic. Miranda believes that all artists must be supported inside and outside of the rehearsal room in order to do their best, most authentic work. To this end, she strives to make personal connections with all individuals on a production based on mutual care and respect. She establishes open lines of communication and regular check-ins to treat all artists as people first, members of the company second. While having no jurisdiction outside of the production, she endeavors to ensure that artists are offered support in the rehearsal room according to their needs and circumstances. As a team member, Miranda is proactive-- recognizing areas of collaboration and identifying tasks to be completed individually in order to support the team's overall success.
